Please pray that I am making the right decision. I have been on disability for several years from a head injury received in a car wreck. I have prayed and prayed that if the Lord wants me to return to work now that he furnish me work (I do demos in Wal-Mart) and gets me hired at other companies. (I have been arrested before for possession of marijuana so my background check is not good.)

this month, much more work has come my way (so much that I will have worked too much this month). And a couple of the companies I applied too have emailed me back. Please pray that I get hired on so I can do more work and get off of disability if this is what God wants me to do. Thanks and God Bless You

PS: sorry this is so long and I hope it makes sense.

Hi Sandy Lou
It is my pleasure to stand with you in agreement regarding this. I trust the situation with your family is looking brighter lately? – I remember praying with you about that. I saw a billboard the other day, that was one of those "God Speaks" ads. It said, "You'd be surprised what I'm willing to forgive." – God.
He will enable you to make just the right impression, with just the right employer. If you are chomping at the bit to get your life rolling again, how can He not see that? Rolling Eyes

I pray that God appeals to the heart of the right boss, and you will be lead to that company. Your past isn't an obstacle to Him... it is how He trained you for your future, if you are willing to accept the lesson.

Father I humbly ask that Sandy Lou and the job that will allow her to shine and show the world the miracle of your transforming power, will be brought together soon. Sandy is ready to go! I pray You will bless her ambition, and reward her with success. In Jesus' holy name, I pray. Amen.

Dear Jesus, now that Sandy has committed her life to you and is trying to get up on her own feet and to do things which carry more meanings for her, we would like to come together in your name to pray for Sandy that you will continue to carry her and lead her along the right path. We know that YOU are with us always no matter we have YOU in our mind or not but sometimes, in the midst of our ignorance, we have neglected YOU and forget YOUR presence in our life. May The LORD makes HIS presence known in our life, especially in Sandy's so that she will continue to be strengthen and her faith renewed. In Jesus's name. Amen.

p/s: Sandy, just to share a story with you which I have read somewhere before. In order for you to drive from one town to another in the middle of the night with where there are no street lights available, do you have to see the whole stretch of road leading from where you are to where you want to go? I don't think it's possible for you to do that unless you are Superman's sister.

We set in our mind our destination, we get the map ready and make sure the headlight is not broken. We started on the road we know is the right road and with the help from the headlight, we navigate slowly and making turns and corrections when we turned into the wrong junctions.

As long as we keep our destination in our mind, it's just the matter of whether it's a long or short journey. And with the ample supple of 'fuel' given to us, it's a definite that we will reach our destination once we know where we want to go.

Detours in life are normal. It's how you navigate back to the right road (with God's help) that matters and when that happens, enjoy it because that's the joy of life... Have a nice weekend.

Alfred.

I pray that many opportunities will come your way and that you will have the strength and wisdom to pick the right one
