Have faith in this forum

While it's true, I have a lot faith, I've never been known for being overly optimistic, but I just want to say to anyone who is considering using this board, it does perform miracles. Twice now when I have been completely unable to pull my friend out of depression and despair, I have asked complete strangers to pray on my behalf and not only have they had the good grace to do so, but their intervention has done more than anything I have been able to come up with. Twice I have received true blessings and real miracles. In a world filled with enough evil to occasionally dismay us, this board reminds us that there are good people everywhere if we just seek them out. I thank God for this board and for the people who run it and visit it. And I hope that all your prayers will be answered. And for those of you who remain just a little skeptical, let me just say, I have never mentioned to my friend that there are people praying for him, so it is in fact a purely spiritual, not psychological, phenomenon. So try it. It works wonders. Many thanks and God bless and keep you all.

Thanks True Love! I believe in the power of prayer...well, I don't really "believe" in it, I use it and it works. So, viola, here it is for others to learn and use!

FYI, I started this board after a friend told me they were working on a prayer board. Her job was to pray online with people and then solicit donations, she was paid a percentage of the donation. That made me so totally sick, I started our free prayer network the next day...

I have a strong faith in the power of prayer. Prayer has worked miracles in my life - incredible things that could not be attributed to anything else. The difficultly comes when our prayers are answered in a different way than what we were requesting. As humans we can only see the narrow picture, and, let's face it, we want what we want. I pray for acceptance of God's will along with every plea I bring to Him in prayer.
